Presenting a curated feed of picturesque porches, well-appointed interiors and chic decor finds, Christina Dandar’s The Potted Boxwood is a haven for design traditionalists.
Like many of her influencer counterparts, design blogger Christina Dandar did not set out to be a full-time content creator. In fact, the social media star was getting her master’s at SMU when she decided to channel her love for beautiful homes into a passion project: The Potted Boxwood. Since launching her blog in 2014, Dandar has continued to fill our screens with charming vignettes of classic architecture, timeless decor, well-manicured lawns and covetable front porches. The blogger’s signature snaps of Dallas’ most enviable exteriors—which can be found under her dedicated hashtag #ChicInDallas—have earned her 125,000 Instagram followers and counting. In addition, Dandar’s content includes product roundups, gift guides, tablescape ideas and, most recently, home tours—a new video series gives followers an insider’s view of what’s behind the famed facades featured in her feed. Here, the design devotee shows us how to emulate her classic style.
