AMBIENTE: A LANDSCAPE HOTEL
Slated to open by November, Ambiente: A Landscape Hotel is one of 2021’s most anticipated debuts. The brainchild of Two Sister Bosses, a sibling-owned luxury hotel development and management company by Sedona natives Jennifer May and Colleen Tebrake, the 3-acre sustainable property has been constructed to embrace Sedona’s stunning topography. Guests will have the opportunity to stay in 40 cubeshaped atriums, which are elevated to provide primo views of Sedona’s signature red rocks and the surrounding Coconino National Forest. Further, top chef Lisa Dahl (the culinary whiz and CEO behind Dahl Restaurant Group, which owns the award-winning Mariposa Latin Inspired Grill and Dahl & Di Luca Ristorante Italiano, among others) will lead the resort’s signature restaurant, Alchemy. Accessible to hotel guests only, the concept will serve breakfast and lunch daily with rotating menus based on the seasons. “For me, Alchemy will be a fantasy,” shares Dahl. “It will be eclectic and adventurous. There are no rules, yet each dish will be precisely designed to leave Ambiente’s guests dreaming about what they’ll eat next. Dishes at Alchemy are inspired by the Southwest with hints of Italian, Latin and Mediterranean influences, with the perfect mix of comfort and whimsy.” Think ahi tuna poke soft tacos with avocado-wasabi cream, lentil walnut fritters and a teriyaki-roasted beet burger topped with blistered herb goat cheese. 928.699.1267, ambientesedona.com
