With family top of mind, the homeowners tapped this dynamic duo to help create their forever home, perfect for their family of five and excellent for entertaining. Blending form and function, the four bed, 3 1/2 bath abode touts high-end design and a classic color palette that lends itself to the space. Weaving a seamless indoor-outdoor flow, the team enlisted oversize windows in the great room overlooking the custom pool. Another critical element in play was the fact that Arterberry combined three rooms—the kitchen, breakfast and living room—allowing the open concept to feature a brilliant sun-soaked space. “ The main focus of the new build was to create a family home,” shares Arterberry. “The clients have three college-aged kids and wanted to create a home that was great for entertaining, with optimal indoor-outdoor flow.” The final result was a brilliantly designed space boasting the utmost sophistication with a dash of coziness.
