The River North Design District held its 8th annual Gallery Walk, which was a resounding success with its largest turnout to date. More than 1,500 attendees browsed the 19 participating showrooms and galleries, including Duxiana, Rimadesio, eggersmann and more, while enjoying bites, sips and entertainment at each spot.
The host committee included WGN newscaster Dina Blair, Joanne Nemerovski of Joanne Sells Chicago, Mary Pat Wallace of The Luxury Bed Collection, Helen Yi of Helen Yi Design and Michael Morganti of Beige.
Guests headed to LG Group’s new headquarters in River North for an artful afterparty featuring an exhibition by Chicago artist BOJITT and Beth Kamhi of Daniel Kinkade Fine Art. More than $8,000 was raised to support RNDD’s charity partner Design Industries Foundation Fighting Aids Chicago.
