Casa Neos
In Greek mythology, kairos means being in the right place at the right time. Riviera Dining Group, of MILA fame, embraces this concept by unveiling CASA NEOS, a collection of Mediterranean-inspired spaces set along the Miami River. The first-floor, members-only MM Beach Club features a cabana-laden deck and salted pool. An eponymous farm-to-table restaurant on the second floor delights under the helm of Michelin-star experienced chef Michaël Michaelidis. Elastika at The Moore
Dining beneath Zaha Hadid’s “Elastika” offers an awe-inspiring vantage point of the iconic stretchy sculpture. Led by executive chef Joe Anthony, the namesake restaurant comprises a first-floor reimagining of The Moore (upper levels are saved for a boutique hotel and a members-only club). Antiqued mirrors, sinuous sage banquettes, abstract flooring, and a spectrum of expressions via Rob Pruitt’s face paintings from the de la Cruz collection conspire to create an immersive atmosphere. Try the eggplant ratatouille, the citrus granita, and mixologist Nico de Soto’s concoction of bee pollen-infused gin, buckwheat miso, egg white and lemon. elastikamiami.com

Chotto Matte
As Chotto Matte founder Kurt Zdesar explains, Nikkei cuisine is not simply a fusion; it’s an evolution of Peruvian food through a Japanese lens. He and executive chef Jordan Sclare scoured markets, fiestas, and the best restaurants in Japan and Peru to find inspiration for their experiential seafood-forward menu, with each creation plated on custom ceramics crafted in Spain. Thanks to lava rock from a quarry in Sicily, Shou Sugi Ban-treated timber on the ceiling, and a vibrant art installation by Lefty Out There featuring 30,000 of his signature polymorph shapes, the jungle-like environment just off of Lincoln Road transports your mind and palate from the moment you enter through the colossal pivot door. chotto-matte.com
