In line with its namesake project, the Hudson Woods collection seamlessly integrates nature and elevated design. Comprised of a pantry and credenza, the collection was originally designed to complement the Hudson Woods homes but proved to be appropriate for any setting thanks to its timeless yet contemporary design.
Each piece is handmade in New York’s Hudson Valley by talented furniture maker Samual Moyer. A slender, slatted wood front adorns both the pantry and credenza, with ridges of wood creating a subtle striation that highlights the color and character of the chosen wood. On the pantry, this striation helps to camouflage the hinges of the bi-fold doors that hide expansive storage space. Three sizes of drawers adorn the lower pantry, complete with cutouts rather than pulls for a clean finish reminiscent of vintage drawer styles in libraries and schoolhouses. An asymmetrical variant of the cabinet is available, complete with drawers and doors in any number of custom configurations.
The pieces can be crafted of black walnut or white oak, and topped with walnut, oak, moody gray-green Soapstone or creamy Calacatta marble. With clean, modern finishes and gorgeous materials, these heirloom pieces will be enjoyed by generations of families to come.
