From traditional toiles and pattern play to scintillating statements, the design darlings are heading to Texas for the third annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House.

As the season turns and we ready ourselves for fall, one particular event pops top of mind that designers and fellow decophiles alike can rejoice in—Kips Bay Decorator Show House Dallas. After two wildly successful years, the third annual Show House hosted by premier youth organization Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club will open its highly anticipated doors on Friday, Sept. 23. “We’re delighted to return this year to Dallas and the Old Preston Hollow neighborhood, which will act as the backdrop for the raising of essential funding for New York City’s youth,” enthuses James Druckman, president of the board of the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. “We’re eager to unveil what our top-notch group of designers has in store for the extraordinary space.”Rest assured—we took a little sneak peek at this year’s roster of featured talent, and let’s just say prepare to be dazzled once again. Nestled under a canopy of trees in the heart of Old Preston Hollow, this stately singlefamily home sits pretty on 2.3 acres. Upon its grand return, Show House Dallas co-chairs Jean Liu, Chad Dorsey and Jan Showers promise myriad rooms set to marvel and inspire. Raising money for two Dallas-based charities—Dwell With Dignity and The Crystal Charity Ball—this year’s edition is set to spotlight a seriously stylish and sophisticated crew.
