Although Kevin and Jordan Aycock specialize in different parts of the homeownership experience, they have this in common: they are passionate about their community. Their journey to this “power duo” dynamic was driven by a desire for a unified family life and professional synergy. “Kevin has always been a builder, and I’ve always been in sales,” says Jordan. “When Kevin moved full-time to the lake and I was still traveling for my old job, we missed each other constantly. So, we decided to align our goals.” Since 2019, they have immersed themselves fully in the real estate market, with Jordan focusing on development within the same community where Kevin builds. “This shared commitment has allowed our partnership to flourish,” adds Kevin.
