HERE, THE BEVERLY HILLS-BASED POWER AGENTS SHARE THEIR THOUGHTS ON THE L.A. REAL ESTATE MARKET AND HINT AT WHAT’S NEXT.

What led to you joining forces?
SALLY FORSTER JONES: We have worked closely together on various high-profile projects for at least six years now. Most notably, we partnered to sell the Viewpoint Collection portfolio, valued above $1.5 billion. This included the sale of the historic Owlwood Estate, a landmark sale in Holmby Hills that remains one of the most important sales in Los Angeles and the country to this day.
What do you each bring to the table?
TOMER FRIDMAN: Our personalities really complement each other, and our approach to high-net-worth clientele and their greatest assets is quite cohesive. Ultimately, we enjoy what we do, and have fun in the process. Our staff have systems that allow a smooth process from the pre-listing phase to the close of escrow.
Tell us about a special listing on your roster right now.
SFJ: We are proud to have been selected as the exclusive representatives of Rosewood Residences Beverly Hills, a collection of 17 estate-like luxury homes in one of the best sections of the city. Critically acclaimed architect Thomas Juul-Hansen’s use of organic elements and fine craftsmanship has resulted in timeless, irreplaceable residences. Amenities are top-notch, and 17 full-time Rosewood-trained staff include a director of residences who is tasked with curating a tailor-made lifestyle for every owner and their guests. Construction is on track for completion by the end of this year.
What do you find luxury buyers in L.A. are looking for these days?
SFJ: They want something that cannot be replaced; a home that is also itself a work of art and, ultimately, something that no one else has. Privacy and security are of utmost concern, so gated communities like Hidden Hills, the Oaks of Calabasas, the double-gated Estates of the Oaks and Beverly Park are high on the list.
How do you see your brand evolving?
TF: We are excited to be announcing our expansion into important feeder markets very soon, including an inked deal that will be made public [soon], so stay tuned. We already have agents in Dallas and Austin as well as Manhattan, but are always looking to see who may be a fit for us in other regions. Finding the right agents who contribute to our shared vision of success is critical.
