“When I first started forming my team, I prayed for people who were loving, put others first, were driven and had a good, soft-spirited character,” says Atlanta realtor Jenny Doyle, founder of the Jenny Doyle Group, Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty. “I don’t focus on real estate experience, I focus on the person. It is hard to form a good team, and I think what makes our team special is that we embody the qualities I prayed for.” Alongside Doyle, seven amazing women work as a team to make their Milton community a better place both in and outside the home. What started over 20 years ago has blossomed into some impressive and significant numbers, making The Jenny Doyle Group the #1 Team in North Atlanta. Every Monday, the team meets in their newly minted “Barn” to center on directives, refocus on their goals, and, of course, celebrate each other’s wins. The Jenny Doyle Team includes realtors Dana Zaworski, Camille Lialios and Ashley Smith, as well as Jennifer South, director of operations; Tiffany Gaeta, house stager; and Melany Ward, event planner and client concierge. Together, they plan “happy things” throughout the year to connect their Milton community. “It can be tough to make new friends when moving to a new place,” says Doyle. “It makes me smile to think of the friendships I’ve seen develop from one of our client events.”

Many of these events have a charity aspect, a huge passion of Jenny and her team members. Last year, they raised approximately $400,000 for various charities, including Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Operation Underground Railroad. “This year, we were the main sponsor for Children’s Healthcare’s Down & Derby event at Chukkar Farms in Alpharetta, which raised $250,000 for children who attended camp and music and art therapy during their hospital stay,” says Doyle. “We are also completely redoing The Boyce L. Ansley School’s playground via a charity I founded called Paint with a Purpose, which was such a godthing,” Says Doyle. “The school had been looking for someone to partner with to revamp their playground but had a small budget and no prospects. We got connected, and it was perfect.” Doyle will also work with muralist Brandon Luther, Southern Bit Art, to create two giant murals near the playground.

Jenny allows whoever has a good cause to utilize the aforementioned “Barn,” which is a stunning 5,000-square-foot space outfitted by one of Atlanta’s top interior designers. “The bottom space of the Barn is for the community to use for free,” says Doyle. “It can cost thousands to rent event space, and these nonprofits and people doing good don’t have that to spend. I’m happy to give them space to make the world a better place—meetings, homeschooling, podcasts, you name it, it’s used almost every week.” We are so excited to see what The Jenny Doyle Team does next. 945 Mid Broadwell Road Milton, jennydoyle.com

There are many accolades and milestones within Jenny Doyle’s 20-year career in real estate. With Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, Doyle has established herself as a female powerhouse in the real estate industry, being named the top individual agent in the North Atlanta office, which is the #1 office in the area for total volume, and sales over $750 million in team vollume, and agent productivity. Jenny has sold over $750 million in lifetime real estate sales, including the highest recorded sale in Georgia at $11 million and the highest sale in Milton at $8.5 million.
Jenny’s impressive track record includes facilitating the sale of the magnificent estate of Hall of Fame athlete Chipper Jones. Nestled on 37 wooded acres, this stately southern mansion features numerous luxurious amenities, such as a glass-encased wine room, sauna, movie room, four fireplaces, and a playroom with two-story playhouses and a rock climbing wall. The estate also includes a nine-car garage, an Olympic-size heated pool, a separate carriage house, a four-stall horse stable, gardens, and fountains. This sale and the record-setting transaction of 175 Dorris Road in Milton, GA, highlight Jenny’s exceptional ability to manage high-profile and complex real estate transactions. With many other things in the pipeline for 2024 and beyond, Doyle has big aspirations to outdo herself once more. “So many people are competitive with each other in our industry, but for me, I’m always competing for myself no matter what that cost is. At night, I lay my head on my pillow and knew I had done everything possible.” 945 Mid Broadwell Road Milton, jennydoyle.com
