The Candelaria Design leadership includes Mark Candelaria (Founder), Evelyn Jung (CFO), and Principal Architects Meredith Thomson and Tim Mathewson, who are successfully streamlining a seamless home design process for clients nationwide. A Notre Dame graduate in architecture, Meredith Thompson (AIA) has worked in residential architecture in New York City, Chicago and San Francisco before moving back to her hometown Phoenix, joining the Candelaria team as Director of Architecture Design & Production. Fellow principal architect Tim Mathewson received his Architecture degree from University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and discovered his love for classic design while studying in Turkey before moving to Phoenix to join Candelaria in 2006. From project manager to team director, Tim brings his commercial and residential architecture experience to provide clients an enhanced way of life. To date, the luxury architectural firm has designed over 1,000 customized homes and residential based projects extending into Jamaica, Canada and Mexico.
