What is your favorite part of your job and why?

My favorite part about being a real estate broker is getting to meet interesting new people. In this career you cross paths with people who you might never have met otherwise, and the fact that you never know who you will meet next is exciting. You’re always meeting someone who is extremely nice, or very smart, or inspiring and interesting or famous, so constantly getting to make new connections with intriguing people keeps the job fresh. Of course, also getting to see some of the best homes in the world doesn’t hurt either!

Any incredible listings you have right now or coming up this fall?

We have a beautiful one-of-a-kind penthouse in a super prime Tribeca location. The duplex home at 415 Greenwich St. (pictured above) is light filled with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and two sprawling terraces that offer panoramic views. The apartment is superb for anyone who loves indoor-outdoor living.

We also have another stunning and very exclusive penthouse coming to market soon in Gramercy Park. Unfortunately we don’t have photos to share yet, but it does come with a key to the park!

What’s your take on the future on NYC real estate?

Much like we’ve seen with fintech in the financial markets, the future of NYC real estate will bring more proptech. While there will never be a substitute for human interaction, as technology advances, there will be more AI startups that will change the way the traditional brokerages work. Blockchain transactions will aid banks and buyers in faster, more efficient funding. It remains to be seen whether buying and selling ‘property’ in the metaverse will take hold outside of the 1% , but it’s also something to watch. New York is a city always on the edge of the newest trends, and I expect it to lead the way in the intersectionality of digital assets, tech and real estate.
