It’s been 11 years since luxury appliance company Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove opened the doors to its Merchandise Mart showroom, and this season, the space was revamped and reopened, which marks the beginning of a new chapter for the family-owned company. “Our new space is meant to inspire and help customers envision all of the possibilities of their future kitchen,” says Dan Heyn, president of Sub-Zero Group Midwest. Shoppers can explore the more than 150 appliances on display, such as wine storage systems and built-in ovens and grills, and even get hands on in the interactive demo kitchen. 222 W.
