With an inherent passion for architecture and design, Mark Candelaria founded his eponymous studio in 1999 with the goal of helping clients build their dream homes nationwide. Candelaria and his team regularly work alongside businesses in their hometown of Scottsdale, Arizona. Two notable local projects: the 1930s restaurant-turned-landmark El Chorro Lodge bordering Paradise Valley’s Camelback Mountain and the Enchantment Resort based near Sedona’s Boynton Canyon. As well designing the first fully-livable, 3D-printed home in America for Habitat for Humanity last year. The team also keeps their sights set on exciting international opportunities, and has created residencies in Canada, Jamaica and Mexico.
