Picture this: You wake up in the morning, pull back the living room curtains and enjoy your first cup of piping-hot coffee while gazing outside the window, taking in the beautiful Dallas skyline as the sun peeks through the clouds. Th at is precisely the paradise that can be had at the newly completed HALL Arts Residences. While the concept of high-rise living is certainly nothing new, seldom do people create a living oasis quite as dreamy as Gonzalo Bueno (tenplusthree.com). Th e Dallas-based designer put his creative spin on a 3,800-square-foot model unit that we can’t seem to stop swooning over. “It is always thrilling to work with a blank canvas because it really gives us an opportunity to work our magic,” shares Bueno—and magic it truly is.
Bueno incorporated custom-designed metal and wood furniture pieces throughout the space.

Bueno and his team transformed the space into a luxurious spot ideal for entertaining, relaxing and relishing the sweeping views of downtown—precisely the immersive living experience any art enthusiast or urban dweller might be drawn to. Blending high design with a sophisticated edge, the interiors are clean and contemporary with a neutral color palette— similar to the property itself. “Inspiration for our design aesthetic stemmed from both the breathtaking views from the 14th floor of the residences and the spacious, open floor plan,” says Bueno. “We saw this as the perfect opportunity to welcome the ultimate entertaining space.” Creating a beautiful, livable environment was the primary goal for Bueno. Featuring stunning pieces including sofas covered in Coraggio silk-cashmere fabric, Murano glass lamps by Donghia, a Giorgetti table from Scott + Cooner and gorgeous pendants from Kelly Wearstler, to name a few, the space encompasses a magnificent balance of contemporary edge and timeless grandeur. Prominently perched in the heart of the Dallas Arts District, Bueno’s project paints the ultimate picture for haute living. Suite dreams are truly made of this…
