Interiology Design Co.’s “Gourmet” working kitchen, one of three you can explore at their Experience Studio.
Let’s face it, the last two years have been a hot mess. Whether you’re ready to embark on a large renovation project or just looking for a special piece to brighten up your living space, a visit to Interiology Design Co.’s Experience Studio in Watertown, MA will inspire you for the year ahead.
While most of the home design industry has been plagued by supply chain disruptions and excessively long lead times, Interiology Design Co.’s Experience Studio is full of meticulously curated home furnishings and accessories available today to provide an instant update for your home. Everything in the photo below – from the marble table to the flowers to the original artwork – was immediately available for this homeowner and delivered and installed within days.

Interiology has also been designing custom furniture pieces that can be built faster – and to more exacting standards – than what is available from retail stores or trade-only showrooms. We recently delivered a custom bar and nightstands from our Studio for a client to try out in her home. We returned the following week with cowhide rugs, lamps, side tables, decorative pillows and more. We also worked with our client to source beautiful bed linens and towels from Matouk that shipped the next day. With about one day’s worth of work – not the 18-20 to 30+ week lead times other vendors are quoting – we transformed several rooms in our client’s home.
While Interiology Design Co. offers access to in-stock and readily available home furnishings, we are also eager to partner with you for more comprehensive home projects. Every client relationship starts with our careful understanding of your goals, lifestyle and tastes. We guide you through an expansive exploration of design concepts and select the finest pieces, materials and details. We manage every step of the process, saving you time and avoiding costly mistakes. The results are custom-tailored interiors our clients are excited to come home to and share with those they love.
Renovations flowing from the dining room to the kitchen and into the family room make this feel like a new home – only better! Photography courtesy of Jared Kuzia.
In this home, our clients felt trapped in their dark kitchen and disconnected from their nearby family and dining rooms. By removing the dining room wall, opening the entrance to the family room and reconfiguring the windows, this colonial is now flooded with light. The new space feels expansive, with a 10-foot island, abundant storage, and comfortable seating for over 16 guests. The custom high-gloss stained cabinetry brings extraordinary style to the renovated space, mirroring the piano sheen of the baby grand in the living room. The home’s dining, kitchen and family rooms are now connected with a beautiful flow and entertaining is a pleasure.
