What first sparked your interest in interiors or design? Coming from Sao Paolo in Brazil, I was raised with an appreciation and love for design.
How would you describe your aesthetic? What I love doing, and that Ornare allows me to do well, is create a balance of classic and contemporary styles.
What is a design trend you are loving at the moment? Paneled walls. There is so much that can be done with panels, but what we love most is that they add depth and aesthetic cohesion to any space.
What is a design trend that you hate and are so over? Too much gloss on gloss. I love balancing sleek styles with natural materials.

What is a timeless design moment that you think will never go out of style? Brazilian modernist furniture and architecture.
What is the best bang for the buck when it comes to making a big impact on a project? When you’re doing custom cabinetry, look at the entirety of the home versus just one room.
What do you wish more of your clients understood? The importance of the entire process including designing to reflect your personal needs and lifestyle; knowing you’re not just buying a line from a collection but designing a perfect experience for your home.
